Navigator Capital Group acted as a sole financial advisor
We are pleased to announce that Navigator Capital Group (the Polish member of the Pandion Partners group) acted as a sole financial advisor to the Jabex owner in the sale process of 100% shares to Dawn Foods.
Jabex is a dynamically developing producer and supplier of high-quality components for the confectionery, bakery and HoReCa sector with an established position on the Polish and foreign market.
Dawn Foods is one of the world’s leading producers and suppliers of high-quality bakery solutions and will support and finance further dynamic development of Jabex.
The project was led by Karol Szykowny (Director) supported by Artur Wilk (Manager). DZP Law Firm advised on the transaction tax&legal side.
We would like to congratulate the owner and Jabex team, as well as, the investor and wish them all the best in further dynamic growth in Poland and beyond.
