Vestibule Partners LLC , a member of the PandionPartners , acted as exclusive buy-side adviser to Vodoprivreda d.o.o., Buzet, a company engaged in preventive, routine, and emergency flood protection as well as water infrastructure works, including the construction of major hydraulic engineering structures such as irrigation systems, embankments, retention basins, and related facilities.

The company is the oldest water management contractor in Croatia, with origins dating back to 1864, and is a leading player in the sector.

Vodoprivreda d.o.o. acquired Structivo d.o.o. from Osijek, a specialized construction service company focused on advanced infrastructure protection and environmental engineering solutions. Its core activities include the installation of sealing and containment systems for dams, reservoirs, water tanks, swimming pools, and landfill sites, the application of spray-applied MMA (methyl methacrylate) waterproofing systems for bridges, and the construction of noise barriers and wind protection walls.
