We are pleased to inform you that Navigator Capital Group was the sole financial advisor of the owner of Rakoczy Stal Sp. z o.o.  100% stake to HARGASSNER International.

Rakoczy Stal is a significant manufacturer of high-quality boilers for pellets, eco-peas and coal, also providing metalworking services, employing more than 70 employees in a modern factory in Stalowa Wola. For more than ten years, the company has been present on the markets of Western Europe, offering a wide range of products on them. The combination of qualified staff and a modern production plant in Stalowa Wola with the unique experience and know-how of Hargassner is an opportunity for the Company to further dynamically develop the Rakoczy brand.   

Hargassner is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of heating systems, operating on the market for more than 35 years. After the transaction, Hargassner plans to support and finance the further dynamic development of Rakoczy Stal Sp. z o.o., investing in the development of the Rakoczy brand.

The project was led by Karol Szykowny, CFA (M&A Director) and Daniel Markiewicz with the support of Artur Wilk (Manager). Thanks also to Rafał Sobczak for participating in the process.
