Vestibule Partners LLC , a member of PandionPartners was exclusive sell-side adviser to the owner of HELB on the sale of its 75% stake to KONČAR Group on February 10, 2025

HELB is a company specialized in the design, production, construction, management and maintenance of power plants.

The buyer, KONČAR Group core segments are power generation, power distribution & transmission, urban mobility & infrastructure and digital solutions & platforms. In the course of a century of excellence, and as leading Croatian exporter, created innovative technologies across 130 markets.

The Sale and purchase agreement defines, inter alia, a series of terms and legal actions which the contracting parties shall perform for the purpose of the completion of the transaction and acquisition of the ownership share by KONČAR Group . This includes, among other things, obtaining appropriate concentration approvals in accordance with the applicable legislation.
