Janusz has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, which includes financial auditing, financial due diligence, M&A transaction advisory (at Big 4 companies in the Netherlands, Australia and Poland), fund investments and investment portfolio management at the Polish Development Fund.

During his professional work, he held roles of supervisory board member and interim CFO.

He executed and advised in many M&A transactions (both buy- and sell-side) related to sectors such as: production, energy, retail, logistics / transportation, technology, healthcare and others. He advised Private Equity clients (e.g. Innova, EQT, Pinebridge, Syntaxis) as well as many various size Polish and foreign companies (e.g. BBC, Ringier, Axel Springer, Vattenfall, PGE, Exatel).

Janusz graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (field: Finance and Banking).

He is a certified chartered accountant (ACCA).
