Over the years, the Company has built strong engineering and manufacturing capabilities, establishing itself as a trusted partner in the Italian accessibility market.

The transaction represents an important milestone in Vipal’s growth, providing the Company with the opportunity to accelerate its international development as part of a global industrial group while preserving the expertise, manufacturing know-how and entrepreneurial values that have driven its success.
